Eb series - extruder
barrel assemblies
- Extruder barrels are pressure relief devices designed
for over-pressure protection of plastic extrusion
processes
- EB assemblies consist of a threaded tubular 300
series SS body with a rupture disk affixed onto the
process end
- The EB assembly is mounted directly into the extruder
equipment through a pressure port or thermocouple-well
where critical pressures are experienced

ProPOS
Series – Low Pressure Rupture Disk Assemblies
- Assembly design allows
highly accurate, ultra-low burst pressure relief in
the positive direction (starting at 1 inches of water
column differential).
- Bi-directional rupture disk
designed to prevent over pressurization and provide
vacuum protection for processing and storage tanks.
- Tension loaded design, with
laser cut metal top section and girdle
- Flat seat design

bak pressure disks
- Bak-Pressure disks are an extension of ZOOK’s
impervious graphite rupture disk design. They provide
overpressure protection to equipment within closed
piping systems.
- Applications of this design include: use as primary
overpressure protection devices on vessels or equipment,
or when mounted to the downstream side of relief valves,
they provide back pressure and corrosion protection
to relief valves.

FS-Inverted SERIES
- Best choice for highly corrosive and broad temperature
range applications
- Non-stick surface conforms to FDA regulations
- Resists product build-up – only the coated
flat surface is
exposed to the process medium
- Mounts directly between standard ASME B16.5 flanges
- Process pressure is applied to the flat side of
the rupture disk
- Operate up to 90% of marked burst pressure
- ASME UD marking available
